Shahid Asghar has more than 15 years of experience in MEP design and has gained a wide range of experience in design engineering and project management of multi-disciplinary design engineering teams dedicated for Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Leisure, Power Plants, Substation and Residential projects across Eastern, Central and Western regions of Saudi Arabia, UAE and Pakistan. Before the inception of INNOVATIVE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS, Shahid Asghar worked for Dar Engineering (subsidiary of Alfanar Engineering) and various renowned engineering consultant firms. He was involved in the detail design of MEP services that includes HVAC, Plumbing and Fire protection system. His hands on approach of the management and administration of projects which have ensured retention of our clients.

RAFAQAT ALI

Director Power, ELV and T & D | B.Sc. Electrical Engineering, APCOMS Rawalpindi

Rafaqat Ali has 10 years of experience in the Power Industry and has worked in various departments like Tendering. Engineering. Quality. Testing, and Inspection. He has vast exposure in designing of Power System Control, Protection Systems. Metering and Monitoring System of HV and EHV substations. He has also been involved in project management and company operations. At INNOVATIVE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS, Rafaqat Ali is the key driver when it comes to providing designs, engineering support to Electrical Power and Low Voltage System Projects, allocating projects to the each team members, regularly reviewing project progress which ensures on time deliveries of projects, submitting project reports to management, conducting internal audit in order to confirm ISO quality requirements and man power planning of his respective department.

IMRAN AZIZ

Technical Director M & P | B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering, NJIT USA

Imran Aziz has 13 years of experience in M&P Design and has gained a wide range of experience in design engineering of multidisciplinary Industrial. Commercial. Healthcare, Education, Leisure, Power Plants and Residential projects across USA, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Pakistan. Before establishing INNOVATIVE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS, Imran Aziz worked in the USA, at Dar Engineering and local market renowned consultants. He was involved in the design of M&P systems which include Urban Water Supply Distribution, Drainage System, Medical Gas Pipeline System, Compressed Gas System, Fire Protection System and Process Steam Piping System. He also has a strong ability of interpreting client's design requirements by utilizing an analytical approach to optimize design and operational costs by establishing a vivid line of communication with the client to achieve the desired design requirements necessary for the completion of the projects.

MUHAMMAD ABUBAKAR

Director Electrical (Substaions) | B.Sc. Electrical Engineering. UET Taxila

Abubakar has 12 years of experience in Power Industry and has gained a wide range of experience in Design Engineering of Electrical Systems Power distribution and the design and operation of Low Voltage Systems. He has exceptional quality of implementing the principles of Electrical Maintenance Systems, Power Distribution Systems and Electrical Engineering. He is well versed in the application of full electrical product cycles power transmissions and protection protocols with sound comprehension of upgrading electrical systems utilizing the latest techniques and safety measures. In INNOVATIVE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS. Abubakar provided technical support in the resolution of complex power system concerns, coordinated plans and implementation of large scale project electrical circuitry and designed technical plans and supervised technology surveillance to support electrical power flow in system layers.

JAMAL UMER

Director R & D | PhD Mechanical Engineering. UET Lahore

Jamal Umer has more than 13 years of experience in mechanical systems design and development. He is self-motivated with strong attention to detail ensuring all product requirements are met to support business objectives for initial approval, delivery, and product support. he has broad background in coordinating and resolving complex issues with cross-functional and multicultural teams to support new, current, and out-of-production products. In INNOVATIVE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS, he provides design and construction supervision as a Technical Director with experience in cross-functional coordination to meet business objectives including mechanical design, engineering management and support, quality verification and validation, site coordination and installation, testing, and technical documentation checking.

AZIZ AHMAD

Director Structural Design | M.Sc. Structure Engineering, UET Lahore

Aziz Ahmad has more than 16 years of experience in the design and construction supervision of high-rise buildings and multiple-use complexes in Pakistan, Bahrain, Nigeria, New Zealand, Australia, Turkey, Jordon, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan and is currently working as a Director of the Structural and Civil department of INNOVATIVE ENGINEERING SOLUTION. He is responsible for the management of the department's affairs. His duties primarily encompass resource planning, staff assignments, technical management of projects from concept to delivery. handling technical problems, quality assurance and control, technical site support for projects under construction, assist project managers to successfully meet the project delivery requirements and liaise with other international consultants for the delivery of joint-venture projects.
