Building comprises of Offices & Other Facilities(B+GF+2F). Detailed Design of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical as per ASHRAE, ASPE, IPC, UPC, NFPA, IEEE codes & standards and local practices.

SCOPE OF WORK
Complete HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Electrical design and Detailed Resident Supervision.

INSTALLED SYSTEM DETAILS
HVAC : 300 tons Air cooled electric operated Screw Chillers based Central Cooling System.
Plumbing : Water supply, Drainage work, Recycling of water.
Electrical : 1.1 MW Electrical Load & Allied works.
Fire Fighting : 1000 GPM Sprinkler, Fire Hydrant , FHC System and Fire Extinguishers.
