Building comprises of Shops, Food court, Apartments, Water park & Pent houses (4B+GF+11F). Detailed Design of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical as per ASHRAE, ASPE, IPC, UPC, NFPA, IEEE codes & standards and local practices.

Complete HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Electrical design and Detailed Resident Supervision.

INSTALLED SYSTEM DETAILS
HVAC : 1980 tons water cooled electric operated centrifugal based central cooling system for Mall.
Plumbing : Water supply and Drainage work.
Electrical : 4.8 MW electrical load & allied works.
Fire Fighting : 1000 GPM Sprinkler, Fire Hydrant & FHC System and Fire Extinguishers.
