Building comprises of Shops, Food court, Apartments, Towers facilities (3B+LG+GF+10F). Detailed Design of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection as per ASHRAE, ASPE, IPC, UPC, NFPA and local practices.

SCOPE OF WORK
Complete HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Detailed Resident Supervision.

INSTALLED SYSTEM DETAILS
HVAC : 5000 tons water cooled electric operated centrifugal based central cooling system for Mall.
Apartments Load : Stand alone VRF system 5400 tons.
Plumbing : Water supply and Drainage work.
Fire Fighting : 1500 GPM Sprinkler, Fire Hydrant & FHC System and Fire Extinguishers.
